I’ve been looking at a hybrid bike and i found this 2022 giant escape 2 that the seller says is lightly used and in great condition. Is $440 a good price for this?

Considering buying this “2022 Giant Escape 2 Disc in the factory color "Charcoal” for $460. Seller says it was used two times and it looks very clean. Is it worth it?
I reported 4 Venus flytraps yesterday and ended up with 9 in total from them splitting. For some reason the sphagnum moss smells like ammonia and google told me it could be because of anaerobic bacteria from packing the moss in to tightly, I can’t tell if I packed it in to tightly or not.
I got this plant around 2 months ago when I just started getting into plants, I neglected it and now I pay the consequences, its leaves turned yellow and crisp from too much sun and it fell on the floor once and I had to chop off the rest of the stem. No idea what to really do about it, should I leave it be and lower water frequency as the leafs are gone?
I got a Nepenthes St Gaya and a Nepenthes Briggsiana one hour ago from shipping. I was wondering if acclimating them in a bag is the best thing to do, but these hybrids don’t require that much humidity and my room is around 50-60% humidity usually, so I am not sure. Also I’m not sure if I should water them even though they were shipped over as the top Spagnam moss is damp. I also have a 30w grow light 12 inches away from the nepenthes which provides around 170 PPFD, is that good? Over time I will lower the light so it gets more PPFD. Also any tips for my nepenthes would be greatly appreciated.
I’m getting a Nepenthes St Gaya and Nepenthes Briggsiana today from an online shop. Since they’re both relatively hardy hybrids, do I still need to acclimate them after shipping in a plastic bag, or can I place them directly in their growing area? Also, I have a 30W grow light that provides about 200-250 PPFD where they’ll be sitting. Should I place them directly under the light, or should I gradually acclimate them to the light over a week or two?
I’m getting two nepenthes, nepenthes st gaya and nepenthes briggsiana. I’m wondering if this grow light with a total of 22w watts from both bulbs will be enough to support the two nepenthes for a while. https://a.co/d/08bItBqJ
I got two Venus flytraps and I’ve been constantly refilling water to about 0.5 inches every time I see the water drop until the tray is almost dry. I did some research and saw this “Let the plant drink it up until the tray goes completely dry. Once the water is gone from the tray, wait about 24 hours to let some oxygen get down into the soil, and then fill it right back up to a half-inch.” Im not sure if this information is accurate. Could someone please tell me if I should wait longer to add in water to the tray when it’s almost empty.
I got this new Venus flytrap on the right today at a price chopper, no idea they had these very happy I got it. theres a tiny bit of roots growing out of its small pot I was wondering when I should repot it but a few little roots. Also if I can put it directly under a grow light for 12 hours or should I slowly increase light for it. The 3rd and 4th picture is of my first venus flytrap the first week I had it, the rest of the pictures is of it now, I’m sort of concerned cause there seems to be less leaves, im assuming it’s losing old leaves and growing new ones that are now used to the grow light, am I overthinking it?
This is my first ever Venus flytrap, had it for about a month now.
Got a 8w light 2.5 inch’s away from the plant, got the idea from a post by u/Berberis. I’ve had this VFT for around a week is it to much light? Also how many hours a day should I have it under this light.
I recently got a VFT and I’ve been gradually increasing sunlight for it, but I’m wondering if the uv index matters a lot for it. Like would a uv index of 8 be to high to leave it out for around 2 hours?
Been getting into plants recently, and I decided to get a Venus fly trap. I know how hard these are to take care of and I just got one yesterday night and this morning. It’s like kind of shriveled. I haven’t gave it any distilled water or anything like that, but I am buying some first thing in the morning today, but I am just wondering is it okay that it’s shriveled up a little all the leaves and stems werestanding up yesterday they’re like some of them are like shriveled and shrinked. I left the plant by my window tester night until 9:00AM today. I’m not sure if it’s also too much sun, I’m guessing it needs water badly. Are these stems gonna live? Also please give me some tips I’ve watched some YouTube videos on how to take care of them and was told to make a dish under the pot and add distilled water, get specific soil for it, a lot of sun but since I just got it I should only let it in the sun for a few hours. I’m not sure on a lot and help would be appreciated.
Hello, I’ve recently got into plants and stuff and I got some succulent pieces and 3 succulents I got and repotted. For the pieces I took of, I was told by ai to dry them out completely until a scab and then plant them, for the one with plastic wrap which is string of turtles are just also pieces of a bigger plant. For the string of turtles I put them in dry soil and sprayed them a couple times and put plastic wrap on top. I was told not to water the 3 small succulents in the plastic container yet for 3 days as I just repotted them. Does this sound right, I don’t know anything on plants please help.
