Has anyone tested the power saving mode on the M12 HD?

How much battery life do you gain when using this feature? Is there any induced lag from using it this way as it's wireless?

Charging grip stays red the whole time?

Just got my charging grip for the M12 hd

But the little led in the middle just stays red the entire time? Does it not turn green when it's completed charging? I had it on the charger for a whole day now.

Getting a new gas dryer installed, who to call to hook up line?

I am having an existing gas dryer replaced with a gas dryer, so there is already a gas line in place.

Who would I go about calling to hook up the gas line? Any plumbing or HVAC company? What's the going rate for something like this? I figure it's an hour of labour cost. I know I just had Salliss plumbing out and they charge an initial $195 I think for the first hour.

Any recommendations on a good gas fitter or company who can do this?

Washing machine repair, worth it? Local suggestions?

I have a 15 year old LG front loader washing machine. It has been making some slight burning smells for a few times previously when I did a wash. Today it was actually smoking. I've unplugged it and monitored it to ensure it's not on fire.

At this point is it worth seeking out a local repair person? What would they generally charge?

I'm thinking it's probably not worth it as in the end I still have a 15 year old washer that's not going to last forever. If I'm spending $500 to repair it vs $1500 for a whole new one.

I have a fridge that is about 15 years old. It started to make a loud humming noise. I believe this is indicating the compressor is failing.

Are there any companies or people that do fridge repairs in London? It's a KitchenAid brand fridge.

According to the service manual it states you need to change the engine coolant at 10 years or 192,000km. I'm at just over 10 years of ownership and 144,000 km.

This car only gets driven at most 10,000km a year only in the city and I'm planning to replace it in 2-3 years.

The dealership wants $280+ tax to do an engine coolant drain and fill or flush (not sure which they said)

Is this really necessary or will I get by for the next 2-3 years with the original fluid assuming I won't even get to 192,000km?
