Is harumasa really that hard to play ?

So basically I want to pull for haru cuz I like him and want to use him but I heard that he's a pain in the ass and kinda weak so I was wondering if that's really true

I have a problem

So basically Im at 80 pity and want to get himeko nova but I also want to get evernight i can get more pulls through the stimulated universe modes and map exploration so I want to know which is higher priority

I have Mblade Sunday RM DhPt sparkle and Rmc for himeko

And a full monorem S1 (except cyrene with herta shop) for evernight

So who should I get first?
