I’m currently in HRBR Layout where I have 24/7 water supply, but I’m considering a move to Prakruthi Layout (HBR)
Pros and cons? Please :(

I’m currently in HRBR Layout where I have 24/7 water supply, but I’m considering a move to Prakruthi Layout (HBR) to a house named "SAMYOGAN" (#HN 49).
The landlord is being vague about the "reality" of the area, so I need the current residents' help with a few questions:
Water Reality: I’m hearing HBR/Prakruthi is a "high-alert" zone for water. How often do you actually get Cauvery water? Is a tanker really needed only "once a month" as claimed, or is it more like once a week?
Contamination: Are there any reports of sewage mixing with drinking water near the HN lanes recently?
Electricity: How frequent are the power cuts? I’ve seen reports of long maintenance outages (9+ hours) in East Bengaluru lately. Is it stable enough for WFH?
Safety: Is it safe for families to walk around late? I’ve heard minor reports of mobile snatching in the interior lanes.
The Pros & Cons: What are the biggest trade-offs? I love the peace of Prakruthi, but I’m worried about the infrastructure being a step down from HRBR.
Any honest feedback from people living near Hennur/HBR Block 5 or Prakruthi Layout would be a lifesaver. Thanks!

Currently living in a 1BHK in HRBR layout. Planning to move into a bigger 1 or a 2BHk by next to next month.

Any suggestion for the near by areas please?

Though I like HRBR area but I am open for options. I work @ Manyata tech park. So all near by areas would work (Manyata back gate, Hrbr, Ramiah layout? Banaswadi)

Any leads or suggestions? Like where should I start my search from? Societies to check out? Open for stand-alone as well)
