Can you guys please review this and tell me some improvements?

My father hired an architect to get this floor plan designed and asked me if everything is alright. I'm just a regular guy, don't know any technicality of architecture. Can you guys do a quick review if everything is fine here and not a lot of area is getting wasted.

A few things to know:

The absence of an en-suite bathroom is the family's choice

The house will be facing west, and summer is harsh there.

Circulation and ventilation is a core priority.

What's wrong with me, why am I obsessed with armpits?

Men, please tell me is there something wrong with me? Why am I obsessed with women's armpits? It has grown to an extent that I notice this first and later on face and all. I can't stop the urge but I constantly feel that it's not right. Anybody who had a similar experience, can you suggest me how to keep it in control. I don't have a problem with liking it but with the obsession.
