biology u3/4 study advice

so ik that the year has basically ended but like ive tried everything and my grades are going like a roller coaster (up and then downa nd then back up).

my sacs results:
U3 AOS 1(CRSPR)=80%
U3 AOS 2(PHOTOSYNTHESIS)=70%
U4 AOS 1 (IMMUNITY)= 73%
U4 AOS 2 (EVOLUTION)= havent done
U4 AOS 3(enzymes + key science skills)=90%

so my first sac this year was U4 AOS 3- and i studied for like 2 weeks and got that good score.
then we did U2 AOS 2 and i got a 70%, which is like a 20% and i didnt do what i did for the first sac bc im also doing methods 3/4 and had that sac (im in yr 11) . then for the crispr sac i studied rlly had- but they gave a dogshit article so thats why i lowkey did a bit bad, but i knew all the content.
for immunity i studied hard but i only rlly understood the content like 3 days before the sac and my errors was just relating it back to the article and to like read the fucking question.

so now for my last sac i wanna do well but idk how to study for it since its like massive and i cant memorise shit. sounds bad and is bad but like i can only understand content. i want a good way to not break my mind but also know everything.

pls give me a way to rember or to learn all the content without dying!

p.s. when i study i spen like 3 hours doing it and im like not production- like other than being distracted, im genually slow asf when studying. how can i be productive when studying large content and not dying!!

Methods MCQ SAC

Hey guys!

So my next sack (unit 4 calculus sac) is split into two parts.

the two parts:
- an MCQ sac
- an extended response SAC

now i have a problem for both parts.
for the extended response, we alr did a sac for that kinda, and i lowkey got a dookie score. not happy and not good. and i need a higherscore bc i wanna do well in methods.
not idk now to revise for it, during the holidays without feeling a burn out. Because methods 3/4 is my enhancement, and so is biology 3/4 so i need to start doing exam practice for them. plus is have my 1/2 holiday hw. which I genuinely cbf doing but have to. and i also dont wanna study all day long but when i do study im a bit slow. anywho, how do i study for the extended repsonse sac- as in:
- i know my content but idk exactly where to apply it
- i feeeeel the pressure under time and make the top 10 stupidest mistakes. - idk how to solve this
- i go tutoring but their qs r hard asf, but im gonna try them this time.
- im also slow in finding resourced to study.
- its also cas active making it harder and my school makes hard sacs.

now for the MCQ sac- its a weird sac. 1 mcq= 3 marks.
but the worst part is that its 1 mark= working, 1 mark= answer and then:
they will be like, "a student picked option C by making a mistake, what mistake have they made." AND I HAVE TO MATHEMTAICALLY SHOW THEM HOW THEY GOT IT WRONG. cant write bs.

so my study strategy is:
Find past VCAA qs from exams on calculus- guess a MCQ for like 5 seconds.
solve it. and then with the guessed mcq, i have to prove why VCAA chose to put that option down.

but idk if thats a good idea for revision. i also dont get a pratice sac untill next term and so i can't get any idea, but practice sacs dont help either.

so my main qs is: how do i study for my extended repsonse and for a weird MCQ SAC, and still somehow get a 75-90%.

thanks for your help chat!

Methods sac scores

I’m an enhanced student into methods and biology but I’ll be asking about methods today!

so for unit 3 aos 1 my school split it into 3 parts.
first part I got 79%. Second and third part (their scores were combined and this is the percentage of them combined) I got a devastating 58%.

now you might be like, that’s a pass yay. It is not it also isn’t. Cuz for methods this is how I lowkey see my scores:

90%- Dayum bro how (cuz I don’t rlly get that high in methods)

80- ok ok that’s a good score for me to have. Not sad not crying.

70%- a passing score for myself and I could lowkey work w it and get bettef

60%- cut off point. And even if I get a 60% I’d still cry.

so 70% is where I lowkey stop the happiness.

but I got a 58%. And idk what to do with that. Yes the sac was hard but I the kids who don’t even try for methods kinda got better scores than me. And I tried.

mot my question is- should I lowkey give up on methods cuz I have like no motivation but I also don’t wanna do bad cuz this is the subject that everyone looks at.
or do I try rlly hard for the next sac considering I have no motivation.

and what’s a good score for sacs in general to aim to get atleast a 42/43 study score- scaled/ unscaled.

I was also wondering how I should study for methods. Cuz I do go tutoring but all their resources are hard as hell and everything I try and do them I get it all wrong and I got ultra demotivated. For my school before the sac they do give out practice tests but they r lowkey easy as hell compared to the sac.

checkpoints is basically what my tutor provided so I’m not buying checkpoints.

worst of all is that my teacher doesn’t like tutoring or anything but checkpoints so I can’t even ask her for help w my tutoring qs.

my tutoring is good but there’s so many more smarter kids in my class that I lowkey am probably the dumbest.

and apart from revision resources, how long should I spend before my sacs studying for them.

and the problem with me is that even if I have learnt it in tutoring it doesn’t mean that I’ve fully understood the topic. It’s only once I’m at school and I’ve learnt it that I lowkey understand it (cuz my school teacher is rlly good).

so idk what to do with methods anymore. please help me!
