Hii so this has happened to me the second time, whenever I order from Zepto worth 2000rs or more there’s always 1-2 item missing. This time I ordered stuff and the delivery partner handed me the order and left. When I checked it, I found that 2 items were missing. I called the delivery guy for the missing items, he said you should’ve checked properly and that he can’t help me now as he’s delivering some1 else order😭😭and he said complaint it on Zepto. When I tried complaint, the bot keeps asking me to email. When I called the delivery rider again he blocked my no. What to do now, last time also I emailed but got no response. Can someone tell me what to do next in this case?

I'll be buying macbook for the first time, and I don't know which one to buy. I am waiting for the back to school offer since I am buying macbook for my college and will be able to use student discount. My budget is around 60-80k, which is the best macbook air in this range? pls help
