Salmon/cucumber with eggs (330 cal, 35g protein)

This looks like something you’d feed a dog before putting it down but nothing keeps me fuller. Vibe is a sad deconstructed poke bowl.

Cucumber, salmon, 2 hard boiled eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, sriracha mixed in

Wine bars for evening work

I’m an attorney glued to my laptop and I’m trying to develop a pattern of going to a wine bar/similar spot about one evening a week to see more of the city and break out of the office-gym-home cycle on weekdays. I am open to any ideas but am hoping to find places where grabbing a drink and hanging out with my laptop for an hour wouldn’t be obnoxious. I’ve been to Local Edition and the Study.

Dermatofibroma removal recommendations

Dermatofibromas are small areas of hardish scar tissue that develop after a bug bite, small injury, etc. I have had two on my shin (pictured) for years which are raised and they can be painful, get irritated / bleed sometimes if I bump them accidentally or shave too close, and they visibly poke up in tights, etc. I already had my main dermatologist look at mine and she said that since they’re not cancerous or anything, she doesn’t want to remove them because they can re-scar worse. At this point I don’t care if there’s a scar, I just want to skin to be flatter.

Has anyone worked with a derm who has removed this kind of mark or similar (moles, etc.)?

Bumps / bruises old scars on legs — help?

Not your typical anti aging question. I (early 30s) got these bumps / scars on my shin / leg like 8 years ago from an unknown cause (don’t at all remember a bug bite, maybe I got it when doing a sport). The scars are somewhat raised / keloid and get in the way of shaving, make me self conscious, etc. I’ve asked dermatologists about these suckers and they say the marks aren’t cancerous but one said they don’t remove the scar tissue because they’re afraid of how the marks may scar. Scarring and discoloration is less of an issue to me than the skin being raised 🤢 I’ve moisturized, used Tretinoin, etc. on the bumps to no avail.

Has anyone else dealt with similar scars and did you find a solution?
