I need a quote that will be easy to identify even for a one-time watcher

Is anyone here is having issues with explaining things ? It’s like I have so many thoughts in my head but when I open my mouth I’m not able to structure it in the way it’s understandable and people often need to ask additional questions cause I was not clear. Can it be connected to my left handness? (I’m a total leftie that does everything with my left hand)

Since social relations and belonging to a community is one of the most important factors in our well-being I started to consider joining some kind of a community to start meeting other people. However, I’m concerned that it will drain me cause I’m 33F introvert that loves to spend time alone and is always a listener in the group. So I’m a bit worried that again I will be a listener and I won’t benefit so much from the community but I will rather give all my energy away. In the past I tried to join few groups but I always stopped attending after 2-3 meeting cause I didn’t feel good there. Can you share some advise how to approach this? Im not even sure if i need a tribe or i just think i should have one.
