every single thing in my surroundings affect me

I've been diagnosed with anxiety, depression and BPD and have been taking medications. Needless to say, I've been overthinking everything, being very unproductive, etc; the classic. But what scares me the most is how easily my mood changes according to the people around me/what i watch. I have been dating a guy for a while; he's kind, caring, but has issues of his own. Trust issues, relationships , family - which i understand, and I'm ready to help him out. However, when he is affected by these, he becomes distant and shuts himself from me. And I go down a spiral - does he hate me? will he not want to be with me? fine. I'll also be distant. Then he becomes okay, and the cycle repeats. As much as i love him, this hurts. (And i think he too has BPD but is not ready to seek help). I think I'm being way too dependent on someone, I try not to, but if a message is left on delivered for too long, if a call goes unattended, there goes my day. Similarly if it is my friends too, if they going through something, (don't get me wrong, I'm an awesome listener, and i love it when my friends vent to me) but again there goes my whole day.

Recently I watched a crime thriller, and went like "damn what if my life turns out like that","i can't trust anyone"

I mean yeah i know everyone overthinks, has anxiety and stuff, but yeah i wish i wasn't so pathetic. Now after writing all this i feel like im playing the victim.
