I encourage every hero in this game to jump and tilt every single Cloak and Dagger player using the Luna teamup. Make them waste their cooldowns, make them sweat and shiver, make them ping for help. Dive them, brawl them, poke them, as long as any and all Cloak and Dagger players using the Luna teamup die? I’m satisfied.

For context: I am close to Lord Hood, and was playing a comp match with a Jubilee (using the Blade teamup which is the weaker teamup) and a Cloak and Dagger (using the f\*cking aforementioned Luna teamup) and I asked hey you guys, can you switch teamups so we can have the enhanced teamups (i’m the Hood)? Both say immediately, no, these teamups are better. I shrug my shoulders and go okay whatever.

The game is going alright, on the Krakoa convoy map, i’m doing everything a Vanguard should be doing, but I keep seeing both supports dying, and I’m barely getting any heals, so I check the scoreboard to see what’s going on.

Dagger 2K, 10D

Already negative tilted in this match? Am I not peeling for them? The enemy team is running Starlord and Mantis, who are the two killing my supports, so I begin to make a conscious effort to peel for them even more so than usual. Still, barely any healing from them. One of the DPS swaps to White Fox and we finally start pushing the point. I ask again “Guys switch to the Hood teamup” “NO, WERE GETTING DOVE AND YOURE NOT HELPING, NO PEELS NO HEALS” (there’s no dive)

both of them are burning their cooldowns and not positioning correctly, so no amount of peeling is gonna help when I’m solo tanking as is.

I snap. I immediately decide to let the both of them die without a single shield on them the rest of the game, my other teammates in agreement. We lose the match, but both the supports (white fox swap carried the heals) went WAYYY negative in tilt.

At the end I got SVP, 43k damage blocked (highest in the lobby). Jubilee heals at 9k, Dagger heals at 8k, White Fox who swapped mid match got 9k heals.

Cloak and Dagger mains, USE THE HOOD TEAMMUP, SO MUCH BETTER. JUBILEE ALSO USE THE HOOD TEAMMUP, ITS INFINITELY MORE BETTER!

At this point the only players using the Luna Teamup are low skill high anxiety support healbot bchs who want to blame their vanguards and duelists for not saving them when they’re so crappy at this game that nobody can save them from it.

You can polish a cat turd till it sparkles but it’s still a piece of turd.

Screw you Cloak and Dagger mains who use the Luna teamup, and screw you Jubilee mains who use the Blade teamup.

A solo queuing flex tank far too used to being blamed for the failures of supports.

Nerf that little straight man with his stupid robot gay ahh arm, overshield needs to be removed as a feature in this damn game. No exceptions.

This mode needs a damn rework badly, it’s so toxic and unfair and negative, rewarding hyper-overshield generating demons like DD while punishing Invisible Woman of all heroes. Here’s my suggestions to make the mode BETTER!

I won’t elaborate too much (satire) but:

1. Invisible woman should get her ult, makes no sense to not give it to her when everyone else has it
2. If IW doesn’t get her ult, DD should be unable to see her when she’s invisible in DM, in order to make it fair
3. On Alchemax, Spiderman should not be a playable character or be unable to use his ult (just pulling everyone off the map endlessly is highly unfair), or make him unable to pull people off the map
4. Peni Parker should not get any nest usage whatsoever
5. All characters should have the option to enter a “passive mode” similar to GTA V
6. All lord and champion heroes should be banned from play or be auto sorted into a separate higher rank DM where they can play amongst themselves (a champion BP should not be diving a lvl 2 jeff whose just tryna emote and chill and chat and
   maybe practice a 1v1)
7. Make all team up abilities in DM the enhanced version automatically
8. A kill to death ratio of 1:4 grants the player automatic immunity from damage and death (unable to damage others as well) for a voluntary amount of time (mentioned the passive mode idea)
9. Jumping one person in a DM (any number) should result in a temporary ban from DM access or automatically grant the player being jumped the passive mode
10. Remove the Alchemax minigame entirely, a spider-man ulting back to back within 2 minutes of eachother is highly unfair and awful to play with
11. Grant players in a lobby a vote option similar to the in-game surrender vote where if a player is being hostile and negative to the lobby environment, they can be removed from the DM
12. grant players in DM an opportunity for 1v1 where they can either have a designated 1v1 area that’s unable to be interrupted (like the one in Times square but not that one cause it sucks), like the street outside in Sanctum, a 1v1 minigame would be a cool addition and make things more fair to those who want to fight and those who just want to vibe and watch
13. Make the game maps available for DM
14. If a player reaches 1st place in a DM lobby, they automatically lose access to health packs until they are dethroned from 1st place (cause a DD going 45-3 or a Luna going 38-5 is insane)

I clearly have a lot of feelings about Doom Match. This is my rant. Feel free to disagree or agree but keep it productive and respectful.

I don’t really post ever on Reddit, but after playing this game for so long I’ve decided I have to just say something.

The men in this game community are the most anti-woman, se*ist, hom*phobic, derogatory and hostile men I’ve ever met in my gaming life. I’ve been in every Call of Duty and OW lobby since like 2012… and the men here are despicable.

Everytime I load into a QP or a rank or even a DM… a male gamer will hear me on mic as a woman and immediately go “ew the foids are in the lobby, gg guys i’m throwing” followed by two other men on mic giggling and laughing and having a blast. I see women on this game getting seggsually harassed in every game chat imaginable, and I’m just perpetually baffled by how NetEase does next to nothing to stop this blatant violation of the T&C.

“not all men do this” yea it’s not all men but it’s ALWAYS a man. I don’t hear enough of yall men standing up for girls in this game who just want to have fun and rank up and win.

In DM, i’ll be a Mantis just emoting with my cute little guy and all of a sudden here comes two DD’s and a BP who want to start diving me to death, i don’t fight back and try to hide (i’m in the DM to chat and emote and have a 1v1 duel once in a while), but then i get called “femoid” “dum bch” “stupid 304” “get off the game ur a chick” “someone’s mad and on their period”, and if i leave to another DM here comes champion DD 63-4 in a normal DM solo targeting me.

If you don’t see the issue here then you’re the problem. “why don’t you just stop playing if you’re so sensitive” because what justice is it if I leave the game and turn a blind eye to the aggressive se*ism that little girls, teen girls, and women have to experience on this game.

GuangGuang you need to start permabanning these men off the game. It’s ruining everything enjoyable about this game.

I think if you solo queue in Marvel Rivals ranked or QM, you should get faster proficiency with heroes, receive more points allowed in ranked games, and be given a slightly less point penalty for game losses. Those of us without a duo/team comp are always having to work 20x harder to win a game versus a duo or a stacked team. There should be an option also for ranked games where solo queue players only play against eachother, to keep things balanced. It’s frustrating that a solo queue has to suffer point loss versus a 3-4 person team queue and receive the same penalty as a 3-4 person team queue losing a game. It’s significantly more difficult to solo queue and it deserves some recognition as requiring more skill and team comp analysis than anyone in a duo/team queue. Thoughts?
