I have limited space for my turntable and speakers. How can I get rid of the humming sound coming through the speakers?

I own the AirPods MAX 2 and I notice the volume will get lower and then increase again. ADAPTIVE FEATURE is turned off. I do have the noise cancellation activated. Is this normal?
