Up to cold call together next week?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to find clients for my ai automation agency. But I struggle to cold call consistently because I keep procrastinating.

If you are a b2b founder or a remote sales rep, you might have the same problem as me.

So I thought about making a (free) online event next week where we cold call together every weekday morning from 9am to 10am (ET) (with cameras on and mics off) to motivate eachother and keep us accountable.

Between 10 and 20 people would be ideal, i think.

If you are interested, respond to this post (or send me a dm if you are shy 😅)

What sales meeting preparation note should look like?

I'm gonna have a discovery call with a prospect on next tuesday (to try to sell him my ai automation services).

I heard on youtube (probably alex hormozi) that I should make some researches and take some notes to make a good first impression.

What key information I need to take notes?

Do you guys have some sort of templates for your meeting preparation notes?

How do you use ai for sales? What tools? (And is it worth it?)

What had the most impact?

And what mistakes have you made about that? (so i could avoid them😅)

Or "haven", ça veut "refuge".

Digital marketing agencies : what are you automating first ? How do you use ai ?

I run a small social media marketing agency of 9 people.

I saw on linkedin that a lot of people are already super advanced with ai. I understand nothing about it and I feel kinda late.

All I did is giving some chatgpt licenses to my team but that’s it 😅

I'm thinking about hiring a tech guy who is good with ai to help me implement ai in my agency.

For those who have already automated some stuff in their agencies or hired some guys to do it:

What task have you automated ?

How to prioritise what to automate first ?

And how to automate (or how to choose the right guy to not get ripped off)?

Hi everyone, I've just seen a company in Berlin that has posted a job offer for a "gtm engineer" (employee) role.

I'd like to reach them out (by linkedin dm or cold email) to offer this service as a freelancer (not an employee).

Is it legal to reach them out for that?

(I've heard that Germany is very strict on cold outreach but I don’t know the details.)

I have been building custom automations with n8n for a year and a half. I already had a couple of clients as a freelancer. So I can handle all of the tech and delivery.

What I sell? Custom automation services to companies from 10 to 100 headcount, usually to automate some boring repetitive marketing or sales tasks (like building lists of qualified leads).

I am looking for a sales partner who can bring clients: doing lead gen and sales calls.

Deals can usually go from 2k to 10k per project. And we can split the revenue in half (you get 50% and I get 50%).

If you are interested, you can send me a dm by presenting yourself.
