Hello ladies, I have recently gotten Invisalign and will be wearing it for 1-2 months.
Has anyone trained while wearing it or even better, sparred with it in?
I had an extraction done so will be wearing these until the bridge is ready to be added, so I don’t want to take the retainer out to .. basically do anything that includes interacting with people 🤣
Please share your thoughts on the above bike shorts for high intensity work outs and even better, if you’re a thick thigh girly with a smaller waist .. do these ride up when doing HIT workouts? Do the 16cm shorts sit nicely and mid thigh? Are they sweat proof and see through?
