local option for buying eggs?
Anyone know of a local or local-ish farm or homestead in the area that sells eggs? I'm hoping to find somewhere that I can regularly buy pasture/free range eggs other than the grocery store. TIA!

Hi! Does anyone have experience w/ icing after and on top of icing that's already been painted with edible glitter?
I'm thinking about a design for a tiara where I'd like to do gold and paint it with gold edible glitter. And but then I want to do teal detailing over top of that. But i'm worried about how the icing will stick or if it will bleed at all? Does the edible glitter change how the royal icing on top will dry/react?
I'll need to change my design if it won't work or look clean, so any advice is appreciated!
Hi! I read part of a WIP a bit ago and I was dumb and didn’t subscribe and can’t find it now.
The main plot point I remember was that one of the Centaurs side characters had previously dated and was sort of on again with the prime minister of Canada. Last I remember the Centaurs had just been invited to the prime ministers office and I was excited to see Ilya clock their tension.
Anyone know what I’m thinking of??
I need a crying playlist. The mood is: How Did It End, what's on the playlist?
Update: Here she is in all her glory. (I left out the more angry/sad ones)
Lay Down and Cry Playlist:
Am I losing my mind? In the show they say “Ya tebya lyublyu” right? Thats what has been branded into my brain. I’m not Russian, and don’t speak Russian, so checking Google Translate and the show is best I got. And that confirms it’s ya tebya lyublyu.
So WHY do I see ya lyublyu tebya in SOOO many fics now?! Is it an AI thing? A human error thing? The Mandela effect?? I even just saw a viral meme using that too. Is it easily reversed like that in the Russian language??
I feel like I’m going crazy.
I’m looking for this fic I read a month or so ago because i need a good cry and I can’t stop thinking about this one but I stupidly didn’t tag or save it.
Shane and Ilya didn’t get back together. Instead Shane comes out, and ends up marrying another man. Years later, Ilya reachers out and they meet up for coffee at a restaurant for some goodbyes and closure.
Helpppp. I need it.
Just the title. Did a search and didnt find any here. Anyone know of one? Or anyone out there want to write one 😄
As someone who usually subscribes and then waits to read WIPs until they’re complete, I’m curious what WIPs you all think are worth reading along while they’re WIP.
Don’t come for me please with the “just read it while it’s a WIP”. I just am not good at it. I immediately forget and it commingles with everything else I’ve read and I end up re-reading so much to remember what’s happened. It’s just not my typical preference.
BUT I know there’s some out there that it might be worth it for. So I’m curious for others like myself, what exceptions have you made to read WIPs if you usually only read completed stories.
I’ve been eyeing Deja Vu… I’m dying to read it but really want to immerse myself in it and not have it mixed up with others.
Hit me with your recs for Marleau centric stories that are like full book length. I've read a lot of little ones under 10K, but I'm craving some full immersion into that man's brain. Like 90K+ and gold star bonus point for Completed works.
Has anyone adapted training programs for aquabike races? I'm curious how people have replicated the concept of Brick sessions for this. Obviously Bricks do more than just extend the length of the workout, so I'm curious what aspects you'd want to incorporate into aquabike training programs that might acomplish the same thing?
Of course you can do a swim to bike workout, but since most training programs don't do that anyways, I'm curious if there's other things out there that people have included.
So all us loons have seen the interview where Jacobs states there's pretty much a whole episode in season 2 set to Mozart's Reqium, right?
His comment has made me think a lot about how season 2 and season 3 are going to split up the books. He's heavily hinted at TLG being split across seasons by saying there's so much material and that he wants to continue with short seasons.
So given this, and all our collective speculation that this Mozart episode would inlcude >!the plane scene!<, where does that leave the book being split up across seasons? Could this be the final episode and would Jacob end the season on a cliffhanger with something like this?
