For the women's sun hat crowd.

I will be going on a cruise soon. And I have a few hats i like but I've never been the hat wearing type. But the sun has been very harsh for me lately. So I'm wanting to wear sun hats when in the sun. How do I keep them on my head? I have mobility issues so I'll be using a scooter. And the bucket hats I wear at the pool tend to fly off but there are String to hold them on. But pretty sun hats don't have that. So what option is there?

Just one more thing about this friggin house...

Master bathroom sink. Washer and dryer on other side of the wall. As needed hot water thingy. Can't remember what is called. It's next to the washer. Sink is the slow water coming out to same water so it never gets hot water out of it.

Now the issue. I was washing my at the sink. Wash drying my hands and I happen to look at the faucet. There was something Stringy hanging out of the faucet. Grabbed a paper towel and took it off. It was a little slimy. With the paper towel i wiped the faucet where the water comes out and it was really brown and just dirty. First time it's happened. Any idea what's going on? Just one more thing about this friggin house.

I'm so confused...

I cut all the bald trails of my golden pothos. Anne i pot them all in a large plastic bin straight into potting mix. I figured i would just take them apart when I went to repot them. We'll, I'm having some coming up with white. I mean a lot of them. Even a cut off wet sticks have a few white ones as well. I can't remember when I got it. If it was a cuttings or a plant. If I bought it or my mother did. I'm thinking I cut all the bald off of two different Pothos and one of them was a marble or snow. But in the box is like all on 1 side. Even the cup shows in 1 spot.

What do you thing? Any thoughts?

Monstera Adansonii experts please!

As you can see I needed help badly. These cutting take so long to root. Of top the side you can see the corner of a prop box that was pure adansonii cuttings. 2months in a prop box and only about 30% rooted. Of those only 50%of those grew leaves. Even a little tiny leaf start.

So of what you see, should I even bother? Just put up what I have? Oh oh, is it possible to get them rooted the way you can with pothos by pinning into the pot is in Rio get it rooting them cut while in the pot to fill it out?

Ok Gloriosum experts... HELP!

Photos: each photos shows leaves from newest to oldest. Last 3 leaves were in that damaged state when I got it. Last photos showed oldest leaf 6 hours after previous photo of the same leaf.

I have no idea what is happening to my Glory. Her leaves are getting more yellow every day. She's under a very good grow light. She has also started, with this newest leaf, growing air roots (last photo). I just don't know what to do. I have recently been watering with BTI. Been getting gnats here or there. Maybe seeing 5 a day. They have been showing up where there are no plants at all. My living room is open too my kitchen which had many of my plant. And I get the gnats flying around me while just sitting there. Kill one and another shows up almost immediately. And the same thing is happening while in bed. And I don't have any plants at all upstairs of my house. I have to break up my watering. To many plants for me too do in a single day due to a disability. But I try to get them all done as fast as possible so maybe 2 days. With help i can do in one day.

I need any and all help with the leaves going yellow suddenly. And just today, my first leaf just dropped low. PLEASE HELP!

Any and all suggestions and opinions...

I tried this once before. Let's see if it works this time.

I have attached a video of a philodendron that I set here to take a picture 6 months ago. I never moved it. And it has grown more here then it did the previous 5 years. I have spent the last 6 months getting my collection back in shape and now it's this girls turn.

So my question is... what should I do?

So I have a gloriosum. I have it in the proper pot and it's the longest I could find. The problem is it's holding water long enough that I'm worried about possible root rot. So I want to fill the rest of the pot with other plants that will use the extra water. I have a few plants i was thinking of using. Tradescantia will use the water nicely. It will look great. Drawback is that it is also a crawler that will cascade over the side. I don't want the cascade. But I also don't want something that will takeover the other end.

Thought that just popped into my head. I could always repot the plant that's at the other end, right? When the gloriosum gets close I could just repot what there, right? So this ups the options.

If everything i have said is a yes, then which plants would make a good option to use? Something that falls into the same care. Oh, what about a Stromanthe Triostar?

Ok. I'll stop rambling and wait for options.

Thank you all for your help.
