Losing Hope
My L1 visa expires September 2026.
My EB2 PERM was filed 03/2026
PD 09/2024
Biometrics completed 03/31/2026
Transferred to non local FO on 05/13/2026
My EAD is not approved. I filed USCIS expedite and my case was forwarded to Nebraska Service Center.
Can someone tell me if I should give up or is there any hope in this chaos?
