Question about the episode Sock Opera
Did anybody else feel like Gabe was supposed to be revealed as an anomaly but they just cut it for time? I thought the episode was gonna end with it revealing that he doesn't have hands just puppets and/ or that he was a giant sentient puppet himself which is why he's the only character who's eyes are different.
I really want a trainwreckords about Sinead O'Connor's "Am I Not Your Girl"
Yes I know this album came out during the same time as the infamous "SNL incident" but even if that had never happened her record company was pleading with Sinead to put out anything other than an an album of mostly covers of torch songs and old jazz standards. So it probably would have still failed
That being said this album includes her cover of "Success Has Made a Failure of our Home" which in my opinion is one of the best songs Sinead ever recorded.
This album is seriously an undiscovered gem.
Theory about Lost Highway: The Mystery Man comes from the Black Lodge
I've always viewed "Lost Highway" as a spinoff movie from Twin Peaks in that they take place in the same shared reality (I also think this about Mullholand Drive and Inland Empire).
My main theory of why I think Lost Highway and Twin Peaks are connected is that I feel like the Mystery Man is another entity created by Judy and that he and Bob are the same "species" in that he also comes from the Black Lodge.
My interpretation of Lost Highway was it was basically telling the story of what it's like to be possessed by an entity of the Black Lodge.
