Does anyone have any theories as to why PKC has gone radiosilent for these last 3 weeks? Can we even realistically expect any more 30th Celebration product preorders to drop before September 16th?

I’m a casual fan about to go to Japan in a couple days. I really want to take the opportunity to get some Japanese cards at MSRP, but recently I’ve been seeing stuff online talking about how you are severely limited in what you can buy and that some locations only allow you to buy ~5 loose packs total per customer and that’s it. I was hoping to get some of the booster boxes with ~30 packs in them but now I’m concerned about my ability to do that. Has anyone been to the Japanese Pokémon Centers lately or know how their system right now is? Thank you so much in advance 🙏
How is this looking for grading? Standard photos of front and back + angles (if that helps see everything because of bad lighting)
It was sleeved right after being pulled, so no marks by me. Only thing is that it was really curved but not creased or anything
