We don't need you anymore Hiyuki Kagari
There is no "Hiyuki" plot relevance. There is no "Hiyuki feats". There is only ONE real EB level fighter yet to be revealed and her name is Iori.

Let's run down what Yuji not doing this as a result of the ability to do it on demand to do this implies:
1. He got lucky like every other sorcerer. Gege decided to include a completely normal, lucky Black Flash on Osuki. Not an actual proper fight like against Dabura which would actually fit the memo behind every other luck based black flash in the series. No no no no, Osuki is the man for this. There is absolutely nothing special about this scene. Shit, it's even less special than other black flashes because every other time it's been in a heated battle where you'd be zoned in. Gojo against Sukuna. Nobara and Yuji against Eso and Kechizu. Even Nanami on overtime against Geto's curses. But Gege decided "fuck this shit, Yuji will land a random black flash on Osuki, there will be no implications about any special relation between Yuji and black flashes, and I could have just made Yuji punch Osuki normally if I didn't want to allude to said special connection with black flashes (that was already hinted in the main series that took place 70 years ago), but I don't want to do that because that would be the narratively logical option and I'm a dumbass!"
2. Yuji wants to stop the fighting, he gauged Osuki's strength and doesn't want to kill him. This punch incapacitates and stops Osuki from fighting, but no serious injuries. An unintentional "oopsie" black flash means Yuji actually was lying out of his ass and wanted to tickle Osuki (he thinks this will stop Osuki from fighting, because the tickle monster is scarier than Sukuna), but he accidentally hit him too hard and knocked him out, oh no the horror! OR Yuji is a fucking moron sorcerer and after nearly 70 years of sorcery where he mastered Blood Manipulation and Shrine to perfection, he underestimates Osuki by a factor of 2.5. He thinks a jacked Simurian built like Miguel with a battle axe who jumped out of a window is as weak as Mai Zenin, and he punches accordingly. His "accidental" black flash makes up perfectly for the massive difference that he miscalculated to knock Osuki out.
At this point, saying Modulo Yuji somehow just won't land a black flash in a fight and receive buffs should it come to H2H is just bad faith. MAYBE it's not 100% of the time, but it's a high enough chance like 60-70% of the time where Yuji felt pretty damn confident to land it first try, and also frequent enough where so long as there's H2H, he's basically gonna perpetually keep refreshing the buffs of black flashes, such as refreshed RCT output, because at minimum every few punches he'll be black flashing, so long as he doesn't have brain damage or something which impacts his CE control.
It's the same shit as people who saw the "dance at sublight speed" leaks and genuinely thought Gege meant like Mach 15 or something because that's technically "less than light speed". Yes, I agree 100%! Gege is dogshit at dishing out hype, because he's putting all his hype on someone who's barely above the previous JJK movement speed cap and he brought up that Dabura can accelerate to lightspeed for no reason because that's not important in the end. And Dabura got hit too many times in the head and is stupid as shit now, because after his "pierce Mahoraga like butter" death ray lightbeams failed 15 quintillion times, kicking Mahoraga at like 5x the speed Cursed Naoya moves at is going to be sufficient to obliterate Mahoraga. Bravo Gege!
Yes yes I know good things will come to those who wait
Especially not the love polygon bullshit. Obv since it's a shounen I don't really expect nor need some profound love story, but at the same time I don't want Hokazono to just start pulling the worst storylines from every generic romcom as inspiration.
Fujimoto is writing the smut dialogue and Gege is doing the bedroom hype and aura
Lowkey see so many chill people with flairs like "God of Lightning", "Turn up the volume", but the fandom still speaks of Kashimo fans like they're a big problem. Like most Kashimo fans I see on this sub specifically don't even bring the guy up unless he's brought up first OR when prompted to (e.g: scaling top 10s).
Taking the TikTok/YT Shorts aura scalers who are probably like 12, don't remember a character interaction that happened pre-Shibuya, and will be in school at 9AM tomorrow seriously is a bad way to go about interacting w/ the fandom.
Ppl will bring up Yutaliban and Naobito_AgendaHQ subs as problematic, and even throw in YUJI_CORP for allegedly botting that one poll a month ago, but never Kashimo_AgendaHQ because those guys genuinely just do their own thing half the time. I'm on the sub right now, and most of the posts are just excited for the anime. I see like 1 powerscale post for every 10+ posts and it's just trying to say he's not a bum, it's all defensive, and 0 offensive.
I'm mostly indifferent to his character. I just saw a few Kashimo and Dabura posts (I guess Yuta decided to take a break) the past few days and like a handful of Kashimo flairs in the comments going "not this shit again" like they do for basically every Kashimo debate atp.
I'll go so far as to say the people with Kashimo flairs and pfps that are not usually the problem. It's the people who don't even qualify as "glazers", but just don't like the character he's pitted against and will say smth like "Kashimo easily low diffs Yuki/Yorozu/Yuta/Sendai in base". That's just a regular jackass that happened to favour Kashimo this time.
Am I also given the gift of Soga prophecy?
If you also remove their eyesight and limbs, all 3 are Hinao victims as well. Stop hyping frauds.
I mean cute attempt n all but holy sell. Ball wasn't even in the court yet he still attempted a dunk and tripped at the 3 point line.
Wonder if Utowin's "friendship" with Luluci (just gonna call it that because it doesn't seem both ways and I doubt just a crush will play some major story role) gonna play anything significant in the story?
Going off of the chapter, Luluci is definitely gonna be the first of the Knights to reject the strict rules they uphold. But beyond that, Atowin is also definitely starting to have his doubts in the people he used to take orders from as well, and seems to be starting to catch on that his system and comrades aren't as cracked up as he believed.
I'm gonna just shoot blindly and say Utowin will likely follow in Luluci's footsteps. Even if Utowin and Luluci don't go anywhere as a relationship, I think the manga's at least trying to establish that they're close friends and that he'll be the first one she goes to try and convince that there's more to justice than blindly serving the knights.
