This is my fifth week on Tirzepatide, and I haven't lost any weight; previously, I was losing 2 pounds a week. Unlike in earlier weeks, I haven't been exercising for the past two weeks. My diet and portion sizes have remained the same; if I feel hungrier, I drink water, though my appetite isn't as suppressed as it was during the first few weeks. I increased my dose from 2.5 mg to 4 mg—what could have happened?

As you know, they’ve detected fake GPS usage on both iPhone and Android, but at my station, the same people keep showing up—now using something else—to snag instant orders from Fresh and Whole Foods. Do you guys know what tool they’re using?
