I want to start with I live in Ohio and sometimes it's not easy to get the stuff you want since we are a controlled state and they pick what we can get.

I placed my order on June 16th which originally included Tapaito Blanco tequila, Penelope Black Walnut Old Fashioned, and Shinsu Mars Iwai 45 Japanese whiskey . So I waited till Friday to see if my order was filled which was not. Then I waited until June 22nd to email them of course with them being on the west coast I had to wait until later in the day to get a response. I asked them what is going on with my order and maybe a few hours later they responded saying the Shinsu was actually out of stock.

They said I could ask for a refund on the Shinsu or replace that one with another item. I decided to replace that with the Redwood Empire Triple Mash. They said okay and paid the difference between the Shinsu and the Redwood. The next day I got my tracking order and with a delivery date of June 30th.

All in all the paid $126 that included $20 in shipping. Did I save much money maybe not but looking around their site they have some nice savings. I'm already look forward to my next order with them.
