Help me find these creepy/cute elf baby dolls. Are they handmade or sold anywhere?

Help me find these creepy/cute elf baby dolls. Are they handmade or sold anywhere?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to find the origin of these little dolls/figurines. I’m not even sure if they’re dolls, art toys, handmade figures, or something else.

They look like small baby/elf/troll dolls with pointed ears, big eyes, and yellow/gold knitted or crocheted outfits. One has a tall pointed hat, and the outfits have red mushroom-looking buttons/details.

I’ve seen IG user @flekioh post them a few times, so I messaged her to ask if she makes them or knows where they’re from, but I’m still waiting for an answer.

Does anyone know the artist, brand, shop, name, or any keywords I should search for? I’d love to know if they can be bought anywhere.

Thanks!

Dan Post Cappy, cutter toe is growing on me

I’ve always been more of a round toe guy, but these Dan Post Cappy boots are really making me appreciate the cutter toe.

Not too narrow, not too square, and it gives the boot a sharper look without feeling overdone. I also really like how they look with light wash jeans.

Comfort has been great so far too. Definitely one of those pairs that made me rethink my usual preference.

I still haven’t owned a pair of broad square toe boots. To be honest, I’m not really a fan of how they look right now, but who knows. Maybe I’ll try a pair in the future and they’ll grow on me too.

Darkening/Dyeing Full Quill Ostrich (Tan to Caramel). Deglazing required?

Hey everyone,

I was gifted a pair of Dan Post Brady boots in tan (Image 1). I’m not a huge fan of the yellowish-blonde tone and want to darken them to a warmer, richer caramel/golden brown, similar to the R. Watson boots in Image 2.

My dad and I are taking this on as a shared DIY project, so we are looking for some guidance on the best way to tackle this together and get a solid result.

Our question:

  1. Is there a specific dye, tinted cream, or oil we can use to achieve this color shift without fully stripping/deglazing the factory finish?

(If deglazing is absolutely mandatory for ostrich skin, we’d prefer to keep the process practical and just deglaze and use a solid color like black or to avoid a botched result)

Thanks in advance for the help.
