louse but no other bugs

i found this in the back of my head last night at the nape of my neck. my cousins from illinois who came recently had lice in their family. i bought a treatment and started to do it with the help of my mom but we didn’t seem to find any other eggs just what seems to be dandruff and not other live bugs. although i have been having itching in those areas. did we miss it ? what can i do?

I am a bad person

I have OCD, anxiety, depression etc.

I can wholeheartedly say OCD is the worse one of them all for me.

I am truly convinced I am a horrible person. For context, I drank and blacked out June 13th. The next day the thoughts started.

Convinced I did something terrible when I was blacked out. I fill every gap in my head with a horrible thought. I asked my cousin who I was with and she said I didn't do anything crazy and I was just really drunk but it's been over a week and I can't let go.

I cry every day, I don't even wanna get ready for college or continue living my life because if I did something horrible I don't deserve to do anything that makes me happy, I can't. I can't afford a therapist I don't know what to do and I think if anyone was in my head they wouldn't be defending me or helping me. I hate myself I just want my thoughts to stop racing for once.

A Cure....

I am afraid because the only thing that has ever truly quieted my mind is drinking and that makes me afraid. Does anyone relate to this? It it just so hard to live everyday with my mind constantly racing 24/7. The only thing that quiets it is alcohol and I don't wanna turn into an alcoholic. ugh.

OCD theme switching

hi, im f(18) I am wondering if other people struggle with this. I have felt invalid recently because my OCD themes switch very quickly and I am new to knowing I have OCD so I feel sometimes as if I am faking it. My biggest concern is my health and fearing dying. So my "compulsions" I would say really include reassurance seeking whether that is online through chat gpt, or google. I also take photos of everything I am concerned about, whether that be my neck, my teeth, my scalp, my stool??lol. I have endless photos in my camera roll (I know its not good or healthy) I have just started therapy but ive only had one session and am so debilitated by my thoughts daily I just cant wait to start treatment and im concerned my therapist is not qualified. Im not even sure if that's my real intuition or just my head talking. it's just so hard waiting when every day I am weighed down and my head loops constantly. Im just looking for advice while I wait it out for treatment.
