Just as the title says. I am still having issues downloading my 360 profile on both my 360 and series x. Support has been unhelpful and I’m not sure what else to do at this point. I bought the series x specifically for backwards compatibility and now I can’t use it at all. I have tried every single solution that I can find online. Is anyone else still having this issue?

Is it just me, or has the amount of posts asking basic questions, got out of hand? There are countless posts of the most absolute basic questions, that can be easily found out with a simple google search. It’s getting really annoying when you try to help someone, and they literally don’t even have a basic understanding enough to even know what you’re saying when you’re helping them. These posts are getting really annoying, and the people who post them are also getting annoying. Please do some basic research about your problem before posting it here, or expect to be talked to like you’re dumb for doing absolutely zero research.
