What temperature is this?
This is my first time grilling, and I apologize for the blatant ignorance. But does the 200F start from the larger dash where the grey starts? Or is 200 the middle of the grey zone?

I have a Napoleon Prestige Phantom Grill, but I wanted a griddle as well to sear smash burgers the occasional steak. I am going back and forth on which is better. At the end of the day, I want the cooking to be solid with as low maintenance as well. The Weber offers more real estate as it’s 36 inches, but I’m not sure if that makes that much of a difference for me and my wife. I would love any feedback for those who are familiar with both!
Im having my home theater installed, and I noticed they placed the center channel slightly off center. I see why they did this, as it is in between the studs. For what it’s worth the wall is not load bearing, but I don’t believe they knew that at the time. Is it worth the effort to try to move it centered completely? It will be behind an ATS so it will never actually be shown, and they said that it would be otherwise not make any difference in audio that’s actually perceptible. Is this true? If that’s the case I can move past the psychological discomfort of it not being off center. What do you all think?
Update: Consensus was that the audio won’t be noticeably different, but its psychologically taxing knowing it’s not precisely center and given it’s not a difficult fix in the grand scheme of things, we’re going to go ahead and try to adjust it.
Update #2: Mission accomplished. Thank you everyone
