Why is the map still the same

I first played super animal royale, YEARS ago, in the game's prime. i haven't really played since then, so I decided to come back to see what was up, and the map is still the exact same... id imagine after years of updates and stuff surely they'dve changed the map, but I suppose not.

brand new transmission, 3 owners (including me) 2834018 miles, 4WD, automatic, clean title, interior is gross but I'm going to get it detailed.

when I turn on my phone, it freezes on the pin pad screen and I have to pretend to use it like it works, then after like 15 seconds, it unlocks. I'm not sure if this is related, but it also says on the lock screen "fingerprint hardware not available" and I can't figure out how to mess with that. how can I fix this?????? HELP!
