How to approach young Christian men as a young Christian woman?

I want a partner, but I never feel like I'm good enough for any man. I always feel like I'm not pretty enough. Every time I think of approaching a man, I always feel like he thinks I'm ugly. Most men I've crossed paths with seem standoffish, or haughty in a sense that women like me wouldn't be good enough to approach them. I don't wear makeup at all because I don't like the feel of it and I don't think I need it, but men generally seem to prefer makeup. I always feel like an alien when I think of approaching men. Any tips on how I can get past that? What do men actually think and feel when a woman approaches them?

Why is it so difficult for young Christians to find mates?

I've been hearing that a lot of young Christians, myself included, are having a hard time finding their soulmate. Why is that? Where are single Christians supposed to meet each other? There aren't any single Christian groups near me and Bible study groups and young adults groups are split by gender, so there's not a lot in the way of mingling. How are we going to fix this?

Where to find other Christian singles???

I'm getting really frustrated tbh. No small groups or church events or anything have worked for me. No, I have not been going to church solely to find my soulmate, but finding a good Christian partner has been one of my goals. I've been to young adults events, I've been to worship nights, Bible studies, almost anything you can name, I've been there. I wanted to try the Christian dating apps too, but I found out they're all subscription based, or you have to upgrade to premium for basic features. I've been thinking of starting my own singles Bible study group, but I don't know anyone who would be interested. None of my friends are interested, and I don't have any guy friends to ask either, so I would literally have to start from scratch without the guarantee of anyone even bothering to show up, but that's literally my only option left I guess. I've been praying too, and I'm growing really tired of this "season" of singleness. I've been waiting on God's timing for literal ages at this point, and I'm wondering if I should just give up. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way, yet it seems like most Christians my age (in their 20s) just won't take any initiative to actually try to find someone. I don't even have high standards, it just seems like Christians just don't even want to mingle anymore.

I need help choosing between two positions I really like.

I'm unemployed. Yesterday, I got interviewed for an internship for a company that I really like. Their mission and goals align with personal goals of mine. Today, they reached out to me asking if I'm still interested. The truth is, I'm incredibly interested. They also said there is potential to stay with them after the internship is over. The pitfall is that the position is unpaid, so I would likely be without any source of income for probably four to six months (I don't want to get a part-time job. I've already had enough experience with that and I'm moving towards a long term career).

Then there's a paid position I'm looking at. I'm going to apply to it today. I like the job and the company, and I align with their goals as well, but not as much as I do with the internship company. Additionally, the pay and benefits are really good, and I'm qualified for it, but I haven't even applied for this position, and I already got the offer for the internship that I really don't want to turn down. I'm leaning towards accepting the internship, but if I did get an offer for the paid position, I don't want to start the internship and then just randomly leave. What should I do?

How to start your own online business from scratch?

Graduated with a bachelor's in Professional Communications. It's incredibly difficult to find anything in this job market that isn't a minimum wage job. Any advice on starting your own online business? I want to have my own business, but I'm not sure where to start. I'm thinking along the lines of something like designing t-shirts to start out with.

How to meet people with SM or who have survived it?

I've been wanting to meet other people who either have had Selective Mutism or have it in-person. Everything I find online (if I find anything) is mostly just groups and activities for children, and I understand that since SM is often classified as a childhood disorder, but it would be really nice to make friends who have similar experiences as me and truly understand me, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Any pointers or tips for where to go or how to reach out to others with SM?

How do you actually land a job when no companies that claim they're hiring are actually hiring?

Bit of a long one here, but I really need help. I've applied to several positions over the past month or so, and none of them are interested. I'm lucky if they even bother to view my application. Job boards aren't really helpful. I've tried LinkedIn, Indeed, Rezi, and career sources through the college I went to, and I'm still looking. I have a bachelors in communications, which is not nearly as broad as everyone says it is. I've had retail positions that were successful, but I'm looking for a sustainable career. I also struggle with social anxiety disorder from Selective Mutism, alongside other mental health issues, which definitely makes things significantly harder for me. I'd like to go back to school but I can't afford it even with scholarships (if I had any). I can't really move anywhere either. Remote jobs could possibly work, but most jobs that are posted require a lot of experience (even in "entry-level" positions), a different degree, or they're out of state or country. I can't even get an unpaid internship. I'm completely stuck and I have no idea what to do or where to go from here.
