Is anyone still waiting on the 7kw free charger?

Got our Geely EX5 mid-July as a part of a novated lease and was eligible for the free 7kw wall charger as a part of their promotion.

Have been consistently following up with the dealership and they said they're still waiting on a third-party supplier to provide the chargers.

Anyone else in the same boat? Are we all waiting on the free wall chargers or is it just me?

Help convince me I'm making the right decision here...

So, on Monday, I put my nearly perfect (bar 5 years of usage and expected wear & tear) 2021 Toyota RAV4 Cruiser Hybrid (2WD) up for sale. I've always loved the pearly lexus-like white and having only just ticked over 91,000kms...I really don't have a single problem with it. Have always loved the car (and still turn back to admire it) but I'm selling because with the ongoing war in Iran, I went and got a novated lease of an EV which we now have so, we don't need the old family wagon anymore.

Initially, I went through all the various "we'll buy your car off you today and pay you cash" services like Carsales Instant offer, drive.com, carbuyer, sellyourcarfast etc etc etc to try and fetch the best price but none of them came close to what I wanted for the car.

Look, I understand, they're a business and the less they buy cars from us for and the more they sell cars for, the higher their profits / margins but I couldn't help but feel like I was getting absolutely rorted with the offers I was getting.

Finally, I got a Carsales Instant Offer I was sort of willing to take for fast cash but after a run-around of trying to drive the car to the dealership for an inspection and then being talked down at least another almost $3k off the instant offer for the wear & tear stuff I mentioned, I said stuff it, I'll try my luck off Carsales / Facebook Marketplace myself.

So far, I've gotten one contact from Carsales which was another one of the "buy your car fast" people from another company trying their luck with me and two other blokes who's idea of starting a negotiation is to ask "what's the absolute lowest price you're willing to accept?" straight off the bat...like I'm daft enough to show all my cards right away? And then to tell me "it's overpriced" without even an inspection and when Carsales is telling me I put around market price according to their data...

  1. Am I being paranoid that I'm doing something wrong if I've not got a serious buyer within three days of putting up the ad?
  2. What is a realistic length of time to sell a car in today's market?

I'll admit that I did purposely put it on the higher end of market price but that's with the expectation of someone trying to talk me down a little to reach a happy medium.

Key note: I've already got my EV as the family car and my dream car as my personal daily so the RAV4 has turned into a third car we're holding onto. It's fully paid off and doesn't cost me anything to hold onto it so I'm not in a rush to sell as I really want as close to market as possible.

I guess this is how those companies get people who are willing to offload their cars quickly for a lot less cash...people get annoyed, impatient and then doubtful anyone will ever buy their car privately...

Is there something wrong with my engine?

So, I've always noticed that my FD2 has a chattering noise which I always wrote off as possibly the belt needing more tensioning but as a noob, I can't actually tell.

In inspecting the engine bay while the engine is on, the chattering seems to be loudest on the right side of the rocker cover...

Should I be concerned?
