Meditation Advice Needed

I'm hoping for some advice by very experienced people that have been meditating for years. I've had incredible experiences with meditation where many areas in my life have smoothed out especially with anxiety, but I still struggle with one specific problem that I can't find clarity on. The problem is a neighbor that is always trying to start a conflict with me. This has been going on for years. I'm at the point where I'm completely avoiding her, but she still continues. I've heard conflicting advice from others on videos of certain individuals giving advice about focusing your meditation on certain problems for more clarity. Some say that intentionally meditating for a specific reason gives your experience an expectation that could create a struggle and disappointment and that you should go into it not expecting or wanting anything and others say they've been able to resolve problems by focusing on the problem where they eventually come to a resolution in some way. Maybe it's because I haven't been consistent enough since on my busiest days, I fall out of routine with my time to meditate but I don't really understand how to approach it in the first place and have always been confused about this. Any advice from those knowledgeable would be very appreciated.

Thermo Pride oil furnace around 15-20 years is making a new noise after being cleaned.

This is a short video of a loud buzzing noise my Thermo Pride oil furnace is making after it finishes a cycle. I’m guessing it makes this noise around 10-15 minutes afterwards then is quiet until the next finished cycle. This started at the end of the season when I had it serviced with an annual cleaning in late Spring. The noise seemed to go away when I first noticed it then of course I stopped using it for the Summer. When I started using it very recently just a few days ago there wasn‘t a noise until today. I‘ve never experienced any problems with it in the past and have lived in this house for 13 years. Any advice would be very much appreciated. I’d just like to know what the problem could be by someone with experience before calling a technician. Thank you!!

In need of opinions from experience with Cashier/Co-worker

I work at a privately owned store and today on my break I bought a large cold brew coffee (the large glass bottles). We're always encouraged to get a paid sticker on items we buy during our working days which I did. Since the work environment is always very untrusting, I also took the receipt and wrapped it around the bottle. It stuck right to it from the condensation. At the end of my shift I needed a few groceries for dinner and as I got to a cashier to check out I lifted the bottle of cold brew from my basket with my paid sticker and receipt and mentioned that I paid for this during my break to the cashier. (The previous cashier left for the day). Everything seemed to go well at first when she scanned all my items, I went to pay at the kiosk and as I was typing in my pin she quickly grabbed the bottle from the basket I was carrying and said I just want to bag this for you. Sorry. Then she read what it was out loud and placed it into my bag. I felt that this was very inappropriate. She is a fellow co-worker in her 50's or early 60's and even though I don't know her well we've shared small conversation and greet each other daily. To me it felt as though she was untrusting and I don't understand why she wouldn't have just asked if I wanted it bagged. It was a very quick grab from my basket. I was hoping to get someone's opinion on this. Should I mention this to a manager? We are always encouraged that if we see something, say something. When someone actually catches something from one of the customers it's publicly displayed on the employee social media type work website even if nothing is found and occasionally it's brought up during meetings. My concern is that even though I have proof of my purchase and showed her this, that she might accuse me of stealing with our managers and though it will obviously be proven that I did not I believe this type of accusation does not look good for anyone.

Can someone please advise what to do with a possible mechanic fraud incident in NH?

Two years ago, I was supposed to have my front struts replaced by a local mechanic for my Toyota Sienna after he diagnosed a clunking noise as I drove over any type of bump in the road. I paid a little over $800 and still have the receipt. The noise continued and started bouncing side to side within the next two years when I took the car in to replace the sway bars with a different shop in the same area.

The mechanic there made a comment about my struts needing to be replaced even though I had mentioned they were replaced two years ago. He said struts that new wouldn't be this rusted and definitely needed replacement. When I told him about where I had replaced them he quickly backed out of his previous statement after realizing it was another local mechanic in the area, someone he knows.

After this mechanic replaced my sway bars I made an appt with a Toyota dealership mechanic. They wouldn't make any statements in the video he provided saying that the previous mechanic did not replace them but they did show and state that they needed to be replaced. The struts were covered in rust where it was flaking off in some areas.

I'm not sure what I'm able to do with this and if there is a chance of getting my money back. I've talked to others in my area that have also been ripped off by the same mechanic but no one wants to address it. We live in a small town and it seems like the narrative is just to stay quiet and go to another mechanic while he keeps ripping off his customers many of them are elderly.

This is also in NH, where I learned it's still within the time frame to make a complaint or take him to small claims but I'm just wondering what others would do in this situation.
