So i want to play as lady Dumitrescu in mercenaries but cant get past section 2 in the factory. Is there a mod so i can just unlock it?

I know by the title it might seem random but i really want a ghost to haunt my house. Can anyone give me article or any information on how to do so? i really want a ghost in my house and yes i know all the risks im not going in blind.

So i recently read all three of the her soul to take and i was wondering if anyone had any heavy spice thriller/ psychological book (and if i can vampires and demon MMCs are appreciated) but any non human MMC will do too.
