Hello everyone. I recently made a post about my parents having the temperature around 87 through 90 at night which caused me to lose sleep and I needed advice so I came to you guys and you guys have amazing advice. I decided to have a sit down conversation with my parents but they basically lost it. They went on a rant on how "I don't pay the bills", "This aint your house" "If i see you change the AC one more time see what happens" and things like that happened within the conversation. Thank you guys for the advice but sadly it isn't working out at all as my parents are standing their ground but honestly its stupid because they always wonder why I wake up sweaty and when I tell them its because it is way too hot they just say I complain alot. They have the coldest room in the house so they can't relate

In my personal opinion, Midas is by far the best storyline character and here why:

1: He was the first to dare to go against the IO: Yes the seven may be first but Midas did it with only one person which was jules to help build the device and almost succeeded. This guy could of broke the loop and would of freed the loopers from the storm.

2: He was the first one to introduce us to the IO: Think about it, what other event introduced us to the IO like how this event did? You may argue the Unvaulting event may did that but this event showed us who working for the IO which was jonesy.

3: He was the first to ever break the storm: This guy used the device and freed us loopers from the storm for about two minutes but that is still a incredible record. I don't think we will ever get a character like this who is this badass.

4: He is the only character to come back to the island 2 times: This guy returned as both purple and green. For Midas revenge, he came back with his ghost friends I guess you can call them and literally caused chaos on the island which was absolutely insane. The second time he came back he came from the underworld and basically brought back the floor is Lava LTM and some other stuff but it is very forgettable as Epic messed up his storyline in chapter 5. Aside from Geno, Midas is the only one to come back to the Island after dying.

5: He created his own huge agency: I could be wrong but isn't Midas and like 3 other people had total control of the island? He had ghost vs shadow which was so cool and a war type thing.

Overall, I may missed some points but my message still stands that Midas is the best storyline character by far. I hate how Epic ended his story in chapter 5 with that god awful ending but Midas throughout chapter 2 was a different breed.

Title pretty much summaries it, due to my parents I cant sleep. My parents love having the inside of the house at night around 87 through 90 degrees and refuses to cut on the AC so when I somehow sleep, I wake up in a puddle full of sweat which is disgusting but I cannot even wash myself after due to my parents not allowing us to take morning showers so its pretty bad and its affecting my sleep alot. I asked them can i use my fan but they said no due to them believing it will make me sick. Can anyone else relate to having their house hot at night?

Hello everyone, 16M here. Recently, me and my parents got due to me wanting to pursue law enforcement as my career which my parents disagree with heavily. My parents wont even do something as little as sign the papers for me to enter the police exployer program which I know would help me enter LEO as they will see that. Anyways, parents told me they will kick me out at 18 if I do not find any other career but the problem is that LEO is the only career that interest me and I find nothing else interesting to me. Anyone has advice that they may pass on to me or was anyone else within a similar situation?
