Headache after 1 month sober.

Been a smoker for almost 4 years. Used to smoke atleast 2-3 days a week and a whole week if I had WFH. couldn't smoke as I went to native for few days but went cold turkey before that. Sober for over a month now. Theres this pain that's radiating at the back of my head every once in a while. The intensity of the pain has gone down from 5 to 2 but it just comes once in a while. Friends tell that its bcoz I've fried my brain with weed all these years. Has anyone else felt it. Should I be worried. I don't want to visit a doctor and tell them about my smoking habits. I don't even feel like smoking again now or have urges and can't smoke as well bcoz of added responsibilities now. Would appreciate your feedback and suggestions.

Removed my post telling its unrelated to the sub. I posted a pic from native and how it felt coming back to bangalore as a kid and now. I ve seen literal shitposts which are 0 percent realtable to bangalore in that sub. Maybe what hurt them was the line - the Bangalore I grew up is gone. I dont discriminate b/w language or people. Have you experienced the same.
