Unsure what this cord is used for. I only have part of it I'm assuming. 3 prong on one side and special end on other side. Cord is about 4ft in length and is white.

So for the past year I've focused on my nutrition to lose weight. I started at 262 lbs and now I'm down to 205 lbs without any working out extra. Now I've hit a plateau. I just followed the, "More calories out than in" method. I don't weigh my food and eat fairly freely. I just add up my calories for the day which is why I think I've plateaued

I have a set of dumbbells that I can change weight from 5-40 lbs. I don't have a bench.

Or would doing a short 5-10 minute HIIT workout be better. I'm mostly looking to lose another 15-20 lbs. I'm not too concerned about having a 6 pack or raging pecs, just want to get into better shape overall.

I follow some people through Facebook and YouTube that have exercises that I feel I can do. I do have asthma so I'd prefer working out inside with the bad smoke that's affecting our area.

I am slightly confused on how to get the 06/13/2026 poster. ebay is loaded with files but not the actual full poster. It seems that you have to buy the file size first then print it to your liking. I saw one listing for $199 but it said it was completed through a third party. I usually just buy the whole poster if I like it but this one is giving me trouble. Thanks.
