Feeling a lot sleepy these days
I have been following this good morning routine for about 5 weeks now. Going to sleep at 11:30, wake up at around 5:15, hit the gym by 6, get back by 8 and leave for my classes at 9. I was happy with this routine, but for about 3 days now, I find it difficult to get up at that time, although I sleep at the same time. I get up then fall to the other side and just sleep there. Even at daytime, I tend to feel a lot sleepy and nap for an hour or so. Earlier I did not sleep in the daytime because then I would have probelms falling asleep at night. What could be the reason and how do i fix it?
