I have never seen urine screening or drug screening done for years upon years. Now if you move up from lead to supervisor do they drug screen supervisors? I dont believe they do if anything I would assume the GM is the only one besides pharmacist who would have to pass a drug screen even then isn't it a mouth swab?

Feels like I'm being thrown under the bus 🚌 my GM puts a ton of pressure on me I catch people staring and talking behind my back all the time. My supervisor rolls her eyes at me. I genuinely think I am disliked but thats not what bothers me it feels like there purposely putting pressure on me. Anyone else have these issues? If I report ANYTHING even anonymously they allways find out and retaliate against me for it..... I know there not supposed to retaliate or anything but I have caught them lying to me soooo many times and I honestly feel like im being picked on. There's nothing i can really do but just keep working and ignore them unless I need something.

Long story short my child support ended two weeks ago yet kroger is still charging me. I talked to my case manager and she said its paid off and the balance is 0.00 so there still pulling money who do I contact? My in-store payroll? Or do I call corporate payroll?

So I called Thursday and my child support is paid off! Well I talked to my case officer she sent them the info to stop it and kroger has pulled almost 200+ extra from my checks to pay support thats not owed. Who deals with this? It needs to stop!

So im curious what all is the requirements 🤔 of course picking all of that but if you are a associate who is alone and have Noone else what requirements must be met vs a supervisor or lead? What's realistic and what's not?

Can anyone tell me what's the busiest days at there stores? 🤔 especially in pickup?

I have 2 leads and 1 supervisor we are a high volume store but im having issues with my supervisor. I am a pickup opener so I am used to getting the short end of the stick but its getting worse. They have all week to take time off work yet they both choose a certain day of the week to both take the time off which leaves me as the only opener. Then when I open I have no supervisor or lead to help my team and delegate employees! I am just a associate i have 2 hands and cannot be in 3 places at once. When this happens I have to run the backroom plus pick and delegate employees? How is this right at all? Not to mention i am dealing with mental health issues AND physical health issues. Currently in the middle of being diagnosed with a serious back disorder and they dont care. I have never worked with such selfish people in my life! Oh and my employees are all new hires!

As my work requires lifting bending everything i am supposed to get tested for scoliosis in August. My back is like a ? Mark literally then recently I notice my left rib sticking out more than my other rib. I am 40 and work fulltime idk what I will do if I am diagnosed with it?

Having left rib pain go in August for a xray to see if u have scoliosis..... my posture is horrible I slump forward my spine sticks out and lately I have noticed my left rib is sticking out more than my right rib? Other than adjustments and therapy what can be done for the pain issue as I get this pressure like shooting pain on my left side especially when I have been working allday on my feet. I prefer not to take pain medication but I am getting older (41) is there any medication to help the pain? Muscle relaxers or something other than actual pain medicine like vicodin?

Are they converting cbd into thc distilate because there awfully weak lately. They first hit the shelf they was ok but this new line of 2 gram disposables suck ass. Don't even taste like bud at all and barely gets me a buzz glad I onlg grabbed 2

When i overly work my body and stand for long periods I get this sharp stabbing pain in my left side especially when moving in certain ways? Anyone with scoliosis have this issue? Kind of feels like my ribs? What can be done to help back pain for scoliosis as far as medications?

Im a 40 year old male married 2 kids i help take care of my mom i work fulltime well I have social anxiety disorder GAD and MDD I have issues focusing i guess when I was in 2nd 3rd grade I was on these meds but my mom took me off them because it was too much to keep up with. I get treated for my anxiety disorders and depression but my focus fidgety impulsive having issues stopping and sitting still. Im having issues at work because I can't focus and idk what to do.

So when muha first hit the shelf as distilate carts they was ok carts but for the past 2 years I have found there distilate quality to be very weak. I would say its tollerance but I have put it down and picked it up and it still isn't as potent as others. I know most of you smoke LR but this is just for MuhaMeds. Yes there cheap but there quality is completely bunk makes me wonder if there converting and thats why? As i notice other brands saying there distilate is not synthetic im guessing meaning it wasn't cbd washed with acids? Anyone else have issues with muha meds i put them down for a long time and bought one of the newer ones and still disappointed 😞
