I just installed (from Google Play Store) ​and registered to PayTM. For linking my bank account it sent some messages to some numbers automatically (​similar to other other UPI Apps), BUT when I copied these numbers and looked them up on Truecaller it showed the number as "Spam". That got me worried so I further probed for the mobile number on Google to know if it's related to PayTM or not, I couldn't find much on the number itself but one search result stand out to me. It was about a telegram channel activity that showed up on telemetr website (that monitors telegram channels?). There were some worrying posts and one of these shows what looks like a copy of the message sent from my mobile!

Although no amount has been deducted yet, ​I am worried what should I do. I'm I about to be scammed? (｡ŏ﹏ŏ)

Edit: That unique string of letters in the verification message in that channel is different from the one that PayTM sent for verifying. But still, just ​what is up with that "tokken channel" are they just pretending/​flexing or are they really able to just access our messages somehow?
