Not played since the raid released

I own the game and expansions on Xbox, I have the highest tier of gamepass aswell. When I load up D4 on my pc I'm completely locked out of my paladin class? What gives? I thought Xbox was all about Play Anywhere™️. This is so disappointing

Do I need to reorder? I'm looking to stay on same dosage I'm not sure if it'll just take money out and send me the same one or do I need to do anything
