is a nether-only skeleton farm possible?

(unsure if fits under rule 8 but nothing functional had changed, sorry if it doesnt fit)

basically title. I am planning a functionally nether-only run in a modded environment, only the relevant difference being that any mob may spawn with a backpack containing random loot.
specifically, backpacks obtained from skeletons will contain loot from minecraft:chests/simple_dungeon. (essentially my motivation is modded but the approach is vanilla if that makes sense?)

So, are there pre-existing designs for nether skeleton farms and if not, is it possible to make one that doesnt consist of spawning platforms 5 blocks wide with a wolf in the middle?

Desktop conversion help

Basically, i got a lone legion 7 pro motherboard off of a local marketplace and i am currently trying to make an amateur desktop conversion for it

The idea is to power it with a native psu, use a pair of desktop coolers to cool the chips and cool everything else with a set of heatsinks and case fans

i am currently stuck though because of two reasons.
number one is the board itself. I have no idea how to measure the mounting holes, and even having the boardview, which normally should have the holes placed (or at least give me reasonable points to measure from), i couldnt open it in any CAD to work with it.
reason number two is the thermal system pins. From the boardview they seem to be compatible with desktop fans but do they have to be filled or am i fine leaving them empty for the board to work and post at least? (also what max current can they provide, if its known?)

edit:
forgot the specifics, its a board from a Lenovo Legion Pro 7 16IRX8H; i have the board (5B21J60968) and the charger only, nothing else. if possible i would like to also get/make a daughter board to have another USB connector and an audio output as i dont have the speakers either)

Honestly i am not even sure if this is the right place but i couldnt find anywhere else to ask this, sorry if im wrong

Why are procedures the way they are?

This is more of a rhetorical question as i dont see it changing much soon.

Why are procedures made as they are, in a procedures package?

As a server admin (mostly because im forced to be one since nobody else seems to know java, at least where i play .-.), i have had quite a bit of trouble with MCreator mods, in particular with removing or changing functionality for compatibility. This was solely because a lot of MCreator mods (mostly on forge/neoforge) extensively rely on the event system, and because a project may have hundreds of procedures it quickly becomes impractical to check every single one.

And thus the question, why were procedures made as dedicated classes under procedures instead of an inner class for features using them, and a separate copy for when events are used? Sorry if its a stupid question or not really fitting for the sub, i just had to ask it somewhere.

any modern one-command structure tools?

is it practically possible to turn a 1.20 datapack into a one-command structure? Or a many command structure, doesnt really matter, i just need it to physically be in the world, and preferably chunkloadable with portals

For that matter, are there any things i should avoid doing when making the datapack to ensure its possible to convert it? Should i just skip the datapack stage and build the structure by hand? Are there any tools for it? I tried searching but only 1.12- stuff came up

Recently reinstalled valorant, set my party push-to-talk button to one of my mouse buttons, left team ptt at V, and after one game the mouse button starts opening team VC instead of party VC
