Bunch of flashing blue lights and ambulances?

I took about 360 accutane 40 mg pills in a year and 4 months (I weighed about 102-107 lbs) throughout that time period. I took the pills on average 2 times - 3 times per week but some small gaps obviously, I would go sometimes a week or so and only take one but closer to the end). My acne has come back.. what do I do? Basically, I take Accutane very minimally now—maybe once a week, if that—and I’ve always been on microse only 2x a week at most. I have two veins on my face that are more noticeable: a couple that pop out on my forehead, and some small blue veins under my eyes that don’t protrude. I’m looking for honest advice because I know a lot of people (and even AI) immediately say not to do anything while on Accutane, but I’ve had lip injections twice and Botox/Dysport before, and I was honest with my injector about being on it. They checked and said it was okay. So I’m wondering realistically—how bad would it actually be if I got treatment for these veins, especially with a trip coming up? I really don’t want the veins on my face, even if I only treat the small blue ones that aren’t raised. I’m not exactly sure how to explain it, but would that actually be a problem? * note I did not scar or have bruising from any of these procedures in microdose accutane

*also I am 26. I have oily skin and I am basically still getting pimples so my skin isn’t dry and I don’t have any side effects I used to get chapped lips but my body is basically done with the medication lol
