I can play video games for 16 hours straight but I can't go for a walk because I'll be tired the entire day

It's been a month since I got my concussion. I accidentally hit myself in the jaw. Went to the ER. It was nothing serious, my neck suffered a bit but it's back to normal now.

My energy and concentration were back to normal after 10 days.

However...

I can't even go for a walk/hiking or train with my dumbells because i'll be tired for an entire day, even though I didn't put too much effort. I can stay inside and read/play video games for 16 hours a day though.

It's not my first concussion. I had one 2 years ago. I hit the back of my head pretty hard but I was able to regain my energy levels faster, on the other hand I had to endure headaches for a few months, until I took suppliments such as omega 3/lecithin like a maniac.

What did you guys do to fix this?

I tried creatine but it's not for me, I had to wake up every night to go to the bathroom. Only took 5g of creatine/day.

PvP could've been so much better if they didn't add Power-Ups and Bundles. [X]

Can't we just have a PvP similar to Tower Battles instead? On TB you could've easily won on wave 9 if you sent bosses, even though you barely had any towers, you just needed a strat to defend early if the opponent planned to send as well, but people usually farm early game so you get a free win. I'm not going to mention matchmaking with people who have a similar level because it'll take ages, but at least stop making everything P2W by adding power-ups and bundles that cost a lot, just remove them. The bundles should've been avaible for everyone, you should've been able to vote to choose which one to pick for both sides after you joined the lobby for PvP.

Daily deals are goated though

1080p with FSR Native on a 24inch monitor vs 1440p with FSR Q on a 27inch one

Hii! I just bought an RX 9060 XT 16 GB and I feel like the graphics in some games don't look that good at 1080p, even though I maxed out everything (The Witcher 3, Kingdom Come Deliverance and Dying Light 2 for example). I was wondering if a native 1440p monitor with fsr 4 on q will look better than a 24inch 1080p monitor with fsr native. I doubt I will be able to play with fsr native at 1440p in the future so that's why I m asking.

I hit my jaw pretty hard

It's been 2 years since I got a concussion and I was handling it pretty well, until now. I used to accidentally hit my head from time to time but very lightly, it triggered the symptoms because I panicked but they were gone soon after. Now thought, I can't concentrate at all and I feel like I didn't sleep an entire night and I also can't listen to music anymore because it's disturbing. I was trying to open the bottle of the shaker, i put a lot of force to open it and then hit my jaw with my hand (a silly mistake, learning from them i guess, 10 more concussion until I fully learn). I also feel like there's a pressure on my head, just like when I got my first concussion.

What should I do? The doctor will just give me anti inflammatory pills, just like it did last time (i already have at home) and call it a day, and it's also closed during weekends. I think my college life is over because of this silly mistake. I felt like my eyes were rolling back and I couldn't see for a second.

What vitamins should I take now? I used to take B6/B12/Omega 3/Magnesium/Lecithin but I stopped a few months ago, I only take creatine now, 5g a day.

Micro Stutters while gaming.

Hello. I just switched from NVIDIA to AMD and I can't fix this issue I didn't have before. Don't get me wrong, I used to have a GTX 1660 Super and now I have an RX 9060 XT 16 GB, the difference is night and day but still...

Before I bought the GPU, I made sure to learn more about it.

So... I used DDU to uninstall the nvidia drivers, SAM is on, Radeon Anti-Lag is disabled, set the tracking intervals to 5s and disabled most of them(it helped a lot but the issue is not gone), I only use MSI Afterburner when I'm benchmarking, I have a PCIE 5.0 slot for the gpu, even though I saw reviews showing minimal gains, unless you're VRAM limited. I have the latest driver 26.6.4, I used to have 26.3.1 on my iGPU ( Radeon Graphics, I have a Ryzen 5 7500X3D), the amd soft didn't ask me to do a clean installation though so idk. AMD Freesync is on. EXPO is on, my mem appears in the QVL, kingston ddr5 16gb 6000mhz cl30 - 2x8, the games I play don't use more than 16 GB.

Games with this issue: Roblox (often), League Of Legends (from time to time), Witcher 3 Next Gen(only when i'm turning on RT but I guess it's normal), Dying Light (from time to time), Battlefield 5 (often, both on DX11 and 12).

Did you guys had this issue too? If yes, how did you fix it?

Not sure if I did the right thing or not ordering the Asus Dual RX 9060 XT 16 GB.

I had to choose between this and the Gigabyte RX 9060 XT GAMING OC 16 GB because these 2 models were the cheapest options. I ordered Asus instead thanks to the ball bearing fans, I wanted them to last as long as possible, more than 5 years, I know most GPUs use sleeve bearing fans but still.

I've seen a lot of people complain about the thermal gel gigabyte uses, I did not know if that problem was fixed or not but I did not want to risk because I did not want to rely on warrancy for a thermal paste replacement. Not sure if the high hot spot temps are related to this or they re from a different cause.

I know that I should've made this post before ordering, sorry about that, it s a tradition here. I had 10 minutes to order before the end of the discount.

Should I return the Asus model and buy the Gigabyte one instead?

Sapphire Radeon RX 9060 XT PURE 16GB vs ASUS Radeon RX 9060 XT DUAL 16GB vs GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9060 XT GAMING OC ICE 16GB

Which 1 should I get? All these models have the same price. I just want my gpu fans to last as long as possible cause I don't intend to upgrade the GPU for at least 6-10 years. The other models are 40-50+ $ more, excluding the cheapest powercolor model which is 10$ cheaper than these 3 but I saw that it runs pretty hot.

Recomandare bete trekking

Buna!

Which GPU should I buy for 1080p?

My PC Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7500X3D

GPU: GTX 1660 Super

PSU: Seasonic Core GX 2024, 80+ Gold, 650W

I want to upgrade the GPU but I don't know which 1 should I choose, I intend to avoid the 8 GB mutants and move on to the 12-16GB gpus, though I wanted to show you the prices, just in case. These are the prices in Eastern Europe.

RTX 5060 is 320 €

RTX 5060 Ti / RX 9060 XT 8 GB cost 350 €

RX 9060 XT 16 GB is 460 €

RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB is 550 €

RTX 5070 is 570 €

RX 9070 16 GB is 700 €

I don't intend to buy a 1440p monitor any time soon, 1080p looks good enough for me.

I tried as much as possible to avoid anything that might have a risk of getting another concussion. I couldn't think straight when I got my first concussion so I started taking suppliments, do cardio and read books. All of them helped me a lot, I felt like I couldn't talk like a normal human being, now I am more confident in myself and I can put the words together without issues.

But there is an issue I can't fix even after 2 years. I get very tired even though i'm not putting much effort. Even if I have only 2 hours of college, i will be tired the entire day and I can't even sleep during that time, except at night.
