
My service isn't transferring to new phone ?
I have a new device I am attempting to transfer my service to. Yesterday around 6pm I called and spoke with a rep, and they said they successfully transferred it after I gave IMEI. The data on the new phone works but the calling/texting for my phone number is still on my old phone. Never had this happen before I'm super confused how one phone has data and one has the texting
Anyways, after hours of it not working last night I called again and they said it takes a few hours and just wait overnight.
Well it's 9 am today and still nothing working, but I just received this text?? And I am not attempting to change carriers or port to a different carrier. I am so confused, does this text mean they think I am porting my phone to a different carrier ? And if so why did they send it 15 hours later ?
