Hey, I am currently on FTTN, with an ancient Internode plan. Thankfully, I can get a free FTTP upgrade.

I had a read through the documentation provided by Exetel and it states that the included distance between the external box and the internal box is 12 metres.

I've looked at where they will more than likely install the external box and where I would like the internal box and its around 18 to 20 metres (if they route properly).

Does anyone know whether they will install in my preferred spot? Any idea on how much more that might cost?

Just recently I made a purchase on eBay for the first time in years. The seller used YunExpress, which was the first time I had experienced this courier.

Apparently, the item was in Melbourne, so it didn't need to be shipped from O/S.

• It was marked as "sent" at 3:00AM on a Sunday morning (it was actually picked up and sent at 10:00 on the Monday).
• It was flagged by the system as "out for delivery" on the Monday, but when looking at the tracking, it was still in transit between Melbourne and Adelaide
• It was flagged again as "out for delivery" on Wednesday. This time, the system did say it was with the courier for delivery.
• It was not delivered on Wednesday, nor Thursday
• Late on Thursday it was flagged as "Delivery was attempted (unsuccessful) - We apologise but we were unable to deliver your parcel today. We will attempt to deliver it in the next available cycle". Interestingly, there was someone at home all day, sitting in the room closest to the front door and they didn't notice anything, except for the normal postie.

WTF and who are these guys. Seems a really poor service.
