ADA/medical needs

Hi all! Has anyone on here experienced having to bring medications and food in for medical conditions?
What is it like and how does it work,
ALSO if you have mobility issues and don’t use canes/chair or anything are their any accommodations they provide?
Just asking for some clarification the website doesn’t quite cover

Feeling so alone

Hi yall. I guess I just need to vent about what is going on with my symptoms right now.

I stopped birth control in 2022 and over the last 4 years all of these symptoms that I didn’t have much on BC started appearing. I was on several different birth controls over the course of 9 years and I quit because I was no longer pursuing men and I truly didn’t need it.

Despite the being on BC I always had reoccurring painful bowel issues and very heavy and irregular periods.

Nowadays my bowel symptoms have worsened, regular anal bleeding/tearing particularly 10days before and during my period. This symptom slows during ovulation, and my ovulation pain is significantly worse than my period pain.
Typically under my pelvic bone on the left side and radiates down my leg and will hurt my hips all over.
I am constantly having a change in my bowel movements in those 10 day before but it’s typically constipation before and diarrhea during.
I’ve gained the 50 pounds that I lost after quitting birth control back almost as if I started it back. I deal with so many hot flashes, headaches, and the bloating is unbearable. I’ve been living in so much anxiety and stress that I just don’t have time to do many life changes, and it’s too expensive.

My pelvic floor is weak and having sex with my partner is really difficult, often times when we do any form of penetration it is really emotionally overwhelming and pretty painful (especially when I orgasm).
My sex drive is basically nonexistent, but when I do have one it hurts and I just don’t wanna do anything else. It’s caused me to cry a lot because I feel like i’m not able to please my partner properly (she’s so supportive and understanding regardless).

I want to get treatment, and I want surgery but I live in Georgia. I don’t qualify for medicaid, and I can’t work at job with health benefits because I can’t perform well at the job all the time. Sometimes I worry that this is the cause of my emotional disregulation and I will forever have to deal with this pain with no treatment. With no proper diagnosis and documentation I have lost many jobs because of the physical and mental effects of this disease.

I am just so tired of fighting and being stuck in this mud that is constantly taking me. Anyone with any resources for the low country area of GA id greatly appreciate it, otherwise just reassurance that I am not the only one dealing with this constant misery is wonderful. Sometimes It feel like I can’t handle this anymore and I will die in this chronic pain and stress.

Boosted orders being changed

Has anyone else experienced IC boosted a shop only/shop and deliver being boosted and when you try to accept the batch it says "batch unavailable" and when you refresh you see they’ve split the order?

I had never experienced it before this consistently but recently they’re literally playing us.
