Getting a special treat!

It was super hot out today so we gave Georgie a rare little watermelon treat. Had to help him get started with it but he made it look really tasty 😂

Just starting my journey (:

Has been just a few months and I’m learning as I go so nothing crazy but I think my muscles have finally started to really wake up (: Can’t wait to see my 6 month progress :D

Marrying into a normal sized family when you have a very tiny one

Update: so I’ve learned despite the wedding experiences I’ve been to, family “sides” are not even a very common thing anymore. Which I am glad! I honestly didn’t really plan to have sides anyways but still wondered about how to navigate keeping everyone mixed either way, I appreciate all the kind advice! It was never a huge deal to me as the only thing I truly need is to celebrate with all my loved ones and have a good time , but it was still something I figured I could get some advice on since I can be an over thinker and well, have never gotten married before 😅 Thank you to everyone who has been kind.

Me and my partner will probably be getting married in the next couple years and I like to plan ahead. So it got me thinking when it came to his family vs mine… it will look a little crazy when it comes seating at the aisle 😂. I have no grandparents left, none of my dad’s siblings cared to have a relationship with me so that also really rules out the cousins I could have invited because I never got to know them either. And I keep my friend circle small and so will probably be all up there with me. So I have my mom and dad, my 91 year old great aunt who hopefully will still be here, and a couple family friends. That MIGHT make 10 people. My boyfriend on the other hand has his cousins, his aunts and uncles , his many more friends, and probably a lot of his work buddies. I’d assume I’m not the only one ever who has has this same situation so I have said all of this to ask, did you continue to just keep it with bride side and groom side like “usual” or did you try and blend it a bit? It’s not that I’m embarrassed of my small little family but I also can’t help but think about how much the difference would stick out like a sore thumb.

Has anyone else dealt with “unwanted “ baby fever?

Hi I’m a f 23, me and my bf have been together coming on 4 years soon, we are talking about marriage and all that in the next couple years. However we both know we are not ready for a baby right now. I know I would like to experience just a little more life baby free. But almost every month I get this overwhelming feeling of baby fever and it makes me extremely sad and I cannot control it. It’s not just awe I want a cute baby it’s like I am missing something right now and it is not okay. And it’s honestly frustrating because I really do not want to actually have a baby right now but something in my brain clicks. I will listen to songs I would play to my baby, I watch baby videos, I try anything to try and satisfy that sadness I get. I’ll even try and watch videos that would make me NOT want one lol. But it doesn’t muffle that sadness. I just want to know I’m not the only one. It is not fun and makes me feel like something is wrong with me!

I need help accentuating my features

I am going to a concert tomorrow and I am pretty much always bare face besides mascara and lip gloss. Anytime I put makeup on I feel like it makes me look like my face is dirty and my bad features are highlighted which I really hate because I would love to love doing my makeup! For the concert this was my practice round I am wearing concealer, dark blue eyeliner, mascara, a nude brown eyeshadow, some brown eyeshadow for my eyebrows, and the Clinique black honey lip oil (also using as my blush) and “almost lip stick “. I don’t like wearing foundation in the summer because my skin sweats it right off. Please let me know what I can do to make it more clean looking and go with my features better. I want to feel confident wearing makeup!
