New issue popped up.

EDITED WITH CORRECTION: Ended up doing 2 things at once so can't give a direct solution to the problem. Software was updated to current version. (there was an update available) Secondly, the pull-down menu was changed to the "Siser Standard Blade". It had somehow gotten to the "Custom Blade". Made some cuts last night and not a single issue. Hope this helps someone in the future. Thanks to everyone who gave suggestions!

I am usually a fix it yourself kinda person but I've been stumped. The Romeo is new for me, purchased about 3 months ago. I know my initial settings were incorrect but had fine tuned it to where it was working. Finally got all my settings, rollers, etc all dialed in. I use Oracal651 vinyl exclusively with my vinyl business, so the only difference is the jump between Matte and Glossy. For some reason about 2-3 weeks ago I started getting these wonky cuts. Mind you nothing has changed. Same vinyl, same mats, same blade. It looks like my start/stop point is diving into my material in such a way it is created a little spin point and even leaving a small spot where it isn't cutting. What can I be looking for to see if something is messed up? From what I can see there is no stray vinyl pieces stuck on the blade housing. I've circled the places where you can see the damage and miscuts.

Colors aren't popping

Ok, so I'm guessing my colors aren't popping off the page because I'm not using a glossy sticker paper. I don't like the look of the glossy for what I'm doing (credit card skins). I'm not dumb for wanting to put a matte laminate on top of the glossy sticker paper, right? Right now I'm using onlinelabels.com standard white matte sheets and a UV matte laminate. The finished product looks good but the colors are a little duller than I'd like. Using an Epson ecotank ET-3850

Nashville USPS hub. 🤬

Does anyone else struggle with mail going through Nashville? I swear, 90% of my delivery issues are with Nashville. If I have a piece of mail hung up....guaranteed it's been in Nashville "IN TRANSIT" for a week. I have 3 customers this week emailing me, and guess what? They are all stuck in Nashville.

Help with listing menu pull downs

So I have created a mess for myself. I do vinyl decals and a few of my listings I offer a glow in the dark vinyl. Obviously I have pull down menus. One menu for color and another for size options. Here is my dilema. Is there a way (if there is I can't see any other way than to offer all my colors and sizes which bring my editing to over 300 options) to make just my glow vinyl a different price. Occassionally I'll have an issue from a customer that chooses they want the glow vinyl (more costly) but choose the green price (which is cheaper). Then I have to message them and clarify if they wanted the green or glow. So basically my question is, is there a way to make it so when the customer chooses the glow option it will automatically choose the price option?

New Romeo user here. Question about Leonardo software

Former Cricut user and upgraded to the Romeo. I use outside software to create designs and save my SVGs and PNGs. There was not a benefit to pay for the Design Space upgraded software. Is there any benefits to subscribing to the Pro version of Leonardo? I still plan on creating from alternate software and importing designs.

It looks like the last 3 of my mailing tubes have had an adjustment to them. It was a $3-$4 adjustment. I've never had an issue before but with all these new USPS changes I'm wondering if something changed and I didn't catch it. I'm just using the Mailing Tube option and entering dimensions along wit weight. I've noticed that Shippo doesn't have multiple options for the tubes so wondering if I should go with them for the tube mailings?
