Does anyone know where you can find affordable seat brackets for racing seats in the NA? All I'm finding are universal ones that Im not sure would actually fit and some from corbeau for almost $400 with sliders that I don't need. I'm doing kind of a budget build on this and there's a lot to get done.
So I was on Carnivore all last year, a pretty strict Lion Diet. I lost about 80lbs. Starting around fall I fell off of it and gained a lot of weight back and just generally feel like ass. I'm just getting back into it so I had my bloodwork done. After my bloodwork and a sonogram my doctor says I have 1st stage fatty liver. Everything else was perfect. He wants me on a "Mediterranean diet" with limited beef, mostly egg whites and high fiber to try and reverse it.
I'm looking for advice on how to navigate this. Will Carnivore hurt or help this. Is there any research on this? I was planning to go back to lion diet at least until I get back to where I was. Should I change that around and add some things?
Anyone with a medical background would be preferred but I'm pretty stuck.
I'd like to find a spa or something for my wife's birthday. Is there one anyone recomends. Good facial and hair treatments would be best but also just the overall experience so it's not like just going to a salon.
