Urgent help needed regarding loan

Hey can anyone help I need to take loan of 7.5. Lakh for education under csis scheme where do I apply where my parents work or where my parents domicile is from and can I get loan if my family income is less than 4.5 lakh as I paid starting fees of my college if I didn't get loan or get knowledge about it if I'm gonna get or not I'll have to cancel my seta under 15 days what should I do if anyone has idea about it or taken loan pls contact me in chat or pls comment under help needed
