OA lang ba ako for have major trust issues with my GF?
For context, I'm M25, she's F24. One day nasa bahay nila ako, tumambay to eat lunch after going church. She left her phone on the chair beside me, and out of curiosity, i tried figuring out the password to unlock her phone. And i actually accidentally unlocked the phone. I then went to her messenger out if curiosity.
Then i saw her and the ex before nya ako na meet talking, him checking on her and says he miss her. May boundaries naman siya and she had cold replies. However, they talked like 4 to 5 days ago and hindi nya sinabi kaagad yun sa akin. The fact na hindi niya sinabi sa akin kaagad hurts alot. Also, hawak niya messenger ko, ako hindi ko hawak messenger niya kasi she got trust issues with me.
Then the past few days, I was struggling with personal issues and family issues. I opened up to her, but she didn't reply to all my rants, not even seen. And that got me overthinking. She got time to play ML, reposts tiktok, or even IG and FB notes but I get zero updates nor comfort. I know she is an avoidant, but because of all this, I got major trust issues too.
OA lang ba ako? Any advice and opinions on my situation? Thank you for the time reading this.
