How to not fix a charger
This is how I fixed a broken apple 96watt charger without a cheap breakout board. I have the pin layout for anyone in need since it took me a while to figure them out.

This is my logitech m337 that I have been dailying for the last 5 years. Recently, the rubber covering started to breakt down, by the looks of it i think the whole thing will peel off soon. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO MAKE THIS MOUSE FUNCTIONAL AND LOOK GOOD.

I really wanna hold on to it longer, I love the size and reliability. I even put some plastic over the feet after it worn down to a point where it was unusable and scratchy, i even put wd 40 in the kalih switches these come with to fix click issues
This is my HP EliteBook 830 G7 that I bought used with 700 battery cycles and currently has 1000cycles on it. Even with 1000cycles battery health is still at 94% battery health with 6 hours of battery life. I had to set battery management to minimize battery health protection to get a extra of 1 hour.
My point is HP battery health management only charges the battery up to 80% and they had this in their laptops from at least 2019. While Apple just caught on 2 months ago, most apple silicon MacBook's battery health falls below 85% with just 400cycles ( based on used laptops ). Maybe apple wanted people to change their laptop quicker so they can make more money.
HP is not all perfect either, this amazing battery management is only available on hp's business laptops and their consumer laptops have bigger problems than battery life.
Even tho HP has been hated for their horrible hinges and drivers. They have made some really good innovations too, another one would be the toggleable privacy screen ( I have it on my laptop, it good). But still HP on the business side is literally the devil but their engineers are pretty damm good
What do you think, Should HP be appreciated for this stuff?
